Family Frequencies ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

• Mailing list signups: Your email address, collected when you sign up to hear about upcoming events. Stored and managed by Kit.
• Ticket reservations: Your name and email address, collected when you reserve a spot at a ticketed event. Your email address is also added to our events mailing list when you reserve (unsubscribe any time, one click in every email). Payment is currently made by direct bank transfer — we see the payment reference and amount on our bank statement but never your card details. If card payments are introduced they will be processed by Stripe, and we will still never store card details.
• Analytics: Anonymous page view data collected by Vercel Analytics. No cookies are set. No personal data is collected.

How we use your information

• To send you information about upcoming Family Frequencies events (mailing list subscribers only — unsubscribe any time).
• To manage event attendance and confirm ticket reservations and payments.
• To contact you about changes to an event you have reserved tickets for.

Who we share your information with

We share your information only with the third-party services listed above (Kit, Vercel, and Stripe if card payments are enabled) to the extent necessary to operate our events and communications. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep your information

• Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.
• Ticket reservation records: retained for 2 years for accounting and event management purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@familyfrequencies.com.
