By reserving or purchasing a ticket to a Family Frequencies event, you agree to these terms.
Tickets and reservations
- Tickets are sold per person and are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
- Bank-transfer reservations hold your spot from the moment you reserve. Your reservation is confirmed once we match your payment using your payment reference. If payment is not received within 5 days we may release your spot.
- You may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing us at hello@familyfrequencies.com at least 24 hours before the event.
- Confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at reservation.
Refunds and cancellations
- Event cancelled by us: Full refund within 5 business days, returned to the bank account the payment came from (or your original payment method).
- Event postponed: Your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, contact us within 7 days of the postponement announcement for a full refund.
- You cannot attend: We do not offer refunds if you are unable to attend. You may transfer your ticket to another person (see above).
Venue and entry
- Family Frequencies events are all-ages unless stated on the specific event page.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.
- Venue-specific rules (alcohol, smoking, etc.) apply and will be communicated in advance where relevant.
Photography and video
Family Frequencies events are photographed and filmed for social media and promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you do not wish to be included in any published content, please let us know at the event.
Children
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Family Frequencies events are designed to be child-friendly but parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Family Frequencies is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained at an event unless caused by our gross negligence. Please also read our Liability Waiver for events involving physical activity.
